What this calculator does not do

It is not an offer and it binds no financial institution. It works out an annuity instalment at an assumed annual interest rate, to give you a sense of the order of magnitude. The real terms depend on the buyer's legal form, its history and the finance provider's current offer.

When you place the order you choose "instalments or leasing", and we then get in touch and match the financing to your situation. It works one way for a sole trader, another way for a limited company, and differently again for a public body, which usually does not need instalments at all, only deferred payment terms.
