How buying works, step by step
1. Market check
Prices are stated openly next to every unit, so a printout of the product page or of the PDF offer is enough for your procurement file. You do not have to write to us to find out the amount.
2. Offer for your procedure
If you need a document naming your institution and the procedure it relates to, write to us and we will prepare it the same working day.
3. Order and production
We issue a pro forma invoice with 14-day payment terms and start production straight away, without waiting for the transfer. Lead time 7 working days.
4. Delivery and handover
The courier delivers the unit with the full set of documents. After assembly there is the post-installation inspection and the report for your handover file.
The questions that keep coming back
Do you need a tender?
From 1 January 2026 the threshold is 170 000 zł net. Buying one unit falls well below it, but your institution's own internal procurement rules still apply. The same goes for money coming from a village fund (fundusz sołecki).
What does an EN 1176 certificate actually mean?
How it differs from a declaration of conformity, what the standard checks and which set of documents the handover calls for. Both documents travel with every unit we send out.
Which inspections are compulsory?
Three levels of inspection, how often each one falls due and who is responsible for it, along with the points to check on a carousel.
How much room to leave around the unit?
Two metres on every side, and what that works out to for the usual equipment sizes. Useful when you are drawing up the site layout.
