Questions and answers

Everything people ask us on the phone, in one place. If something is missing, call 507 440 718, we pick up every day 08:00–20:00.

This is an English version of a Polish website. Prices are in Polish zloty and orders are handled under Polish law.

Ordering and lead times

How long does an order take?

On average 7 working days: 5 days of production and 2 days of transport. We confirm the exact date when we accept the order. We do not keep finished units in a warehouse, each one is built after the order comes in, in the colours you picked.

Can I choose the colours?

Yes. We powder coat in any colour. Put the colour of the frame and the moving parts in the order notes, along with a specific RAL code if you have one. We confirm the choice by email before production starts.

How do I place an order?

Through the site: pick a unit, add it to the cart, give us your details and choose a payment method. Or by email to kontakt@bol-met.pl, and we will put an offer together and walk you through it. Nothing is paid online; once the order is in we email the payment instructions.

Do you ship outside Poland?

To the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Transport costs 1000 zł and is added automatically once you pick the country. For those orders we take payment by bank transfer in advance or cash on collection.

Delivery and assembly

How much is delivery?

Nothing. Courier delivery across Poland is at our cost. The unit travels protected, in parts ready for assembly, with the manual and the full set of documents.

How much does assembly by your crew cost?

2,50 zł per kilometre, one way, counted from Rogowo 69, 87-515 Rogowo. At 200 km that is 500 zł. For your own figure, put a postcode into the calculator.

Is assembly difficult?

We would not call it easy. You have to dig the hole, set the anchor in concrete and level the unit. It is a job for two people and it needs a cement mixer and some building experience. Building firms handle it themselves, schools and nurseries usually prefer us to come out.

Can I collect the unit myself?

Yes, from Rogowo, as long as you arrange it by phone first. Call to fix a day and a time.

Payment

What are the ways to pay?

Four: bank transfer in advance, a pro forma invoice with 14-day terms (companies and public bodies with a tax ID), cash on collection in Rogowo, and instalments or leasing. We do not take payments online; once the order is in you get an email with instructions for the method you picked.

Is there VAT on the invoice?

No. The seller is exempt from VAT (Polish VAT Act, art. 113 sec. 1), so there is no tax on the invoice and the price shown is the amount to pay. For a body that could not reclaim VAT anyway, nothing changes except that the paperwork is simpler.

Can the payment term be extended?

The standard term is 14 days from the invoice date. If your internal procedure needs longer, write to us before you order and we will agree something.

Safety and paperwork

Is the equipment certified?

Yes, every unit carries a certificate to EN 1176 and a declaration of conformity. The full set of documents travels with every order, at no extra cost.

How much clearance does a unit need?

Two metres on every side, clear of fencing, benches, trees and other equipment. A carousel measuring 150 × 150 cm therefore needs a plot of 550 × 550 cm.

What is the warranty?

A 2-year manufacturer warranty on material and manufacturing faults. It holds as long as the unit was assembled in line with the manual.

Can I return a unit?

A consumer, and a sole trader buying outside their line of business, has 14 days from delivery to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason. Councils, schools and companies do not have that right. Picking a colour from our palette changes nothing here; only a shade outside the palette, mixed specially for you, can remove the right to return, and we tell you before production if that is the case. The cost of sending the unit back is on the buyer, and at this size it is a real cost. Details and a withdrawal form: returns and complaints.

Do the units need inspections?

Yes, and that duty sits with the owner or the site manager, not the manufacturer. The standard calls for routine visual checks, a functional inspection every 1 to 3 months and a main inspection once a year.

Public bodies

Do you supply councils, schools and nurseries?

That is most of our work. We invoice on deferred terms, supply the complete certification file and prepare offers for procurement procedures. It is all gathered in the section for institutions.

Does a council have to run a tender?

Not for one or two units. From 1 January 2026 the Polish public procurement threshold is 170 000 zł net, and a single unit is far below it. Your own internal rules still apply, and they usually call for a market check.

Will you prepare an offer for a specific procedure?

Yes. Tell us what has to appear on it and we will have the document ready the same working day. You can also download a ready made PDF offer.

Did not find your answer?

Call or write. We usually reply within 15 minutes.
