Where the result comes from

PN-EN 1176 requires 2 metres of clear space on every side of a rotating unit. A carousel with a 150 × 150 cm footprint therefore needs a plot of 550 × 550 cm. The calculator takes 2 metres off each side and compares what is left with the dimensions of our units.
