Delivery and assembly
Courier transport within Poland is on us. You only pay if you want our crew to put the unit up, and you can work that cost out below before you order anything.
Courier delivery
Anywhere in Poland, at our cost. The unit travels protected, in parts ready for assembly, with the manual and the full set of documents.
Lead time: 7 working days (5 days of production and 2 days of transport)
Czech Republic and Slovakia
We ship across the border too. Transport costs 1000 zł and is added automatically once you pick the country on the order form.
For those two countries we take payment by bank transfer in advance or cash on collection.
Work out the assembly cost
Type in the postcode of the delivery address. We measure the road distance from Rogowo and multiply it by 2,50 zł per kilometre, one way.
Treat the figure as a guide. We confirm the final amount by email once the order is in, because the route the crew actually drives can differ from the one on the map.
Two ways to get it installed
It comes down to whether you have someone to do the work and how far you are from us.
On your own: 0 zł
The manual, with a drawing of the foundation, comes with the unit. For the job you need:
- two people,
- a cement mixer or ready mixed concrete,
- a spirit level and basic tools,
- time for the concrete to cure before anyone uses the unit.
We are not going to call it an easy job, because it is not. You have to dig the hole, set the anchor in concrete and level the unit. Building firms handle it themselves without trouble, nurseries usually prefer us to come out.
With our crew: 2,50 zł per km
The rate counts one way from Rogowo 69, 87-515 Rogowo. We come out, assemble the unit, level it and check that it runs properly.
What that works out at:
- 100 km → 250 zł
- 200 km → 500 zł
- 300 km → 750 zł
On the order form you can say which week suits you. We will confirm the date by email or suggest another one.
Ways to pay
There is no online payment gateway. Once your order is in, we email instructions for the method you picked.
Bank transfer in advance
We email the transfer details as soon as the order comes in.
Pro forma invoice: 14-day terms
We issue a pro forma and you pay within 14 days of the invoice. This one is for companies and public bodies with a tax ID. Longer terms by arrangement.
Cash on collection
You pay when you collect the unit in Rogowo.

Questions about delivery and assembly
Can I collect the unit myself?
Yes, from Rogowo, as long as you arrange it by phone first. Call to fix a day and a time, the unit has to be finished and packed.
Will the courier carry it onto the playground?
The courier delivers to the address you give and unloads there. Moving it to the spot where it will stand is down to you, and it is worth having a second person to help, because the frame is heavy.
How long does the concrete need before first use?
Usually a few days, depending on the mix and the weather. The assembly manual gives the exact time. Until then the unit has to stay out of use.
Does using your crew affect the warranty?
The warranty covers material and manufacturing faults whoever put the unit up. What it does depend on is assembly in line with the manual, and when our crew does the work that condition is met by definition.
